Q: Can I collect my order?
A: Sorry, we are 100% mail order only.

Q: Do you export?
A: Currently, we only export a few accessories via our eBay store

Q: Do you have a phone number?
A: We do not have a public contact number, we find 99% queries can be solved efficiently via email.

Q: Which courier do you use?
A: Currently we use both Royal Mail and Yodel for delivery. Postage rates are based on the total order value & weight.

Q: Can you combine my orders?
A: If you place one or more orders we will do our best to combine the orders and refund the excess postage paid.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: We will happily exchange or refund any item returned unused and unmarked within 14 days of delivery, all items have a 12 month warranty.

Q: Do you accept cheque orders?
A: Yes, cheque orders can be sent to our address. We can only dispatch once the payment has cleared.
