Under Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any of the items purchased from us and obtain a full refund. To cancel, write to us at the above address or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 8 working days of the delivery of your item(s) quoting your document number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Please return the item(s) at your expense to the above address with a clear letter stating your name, address and details of the item(s) returned. We will refund the money paid for the item(s) within 30 days from the day you notify us in writing of your desire to return the item(s). Any item(s) returned must be unused, unmarked and complete with all original packaging / instructions.

Pricing: Whilst every effort is made to ensure we list the correct prices it's impossible to guarantee we will never make a mistake. If a price is listed higher than the correct price we will refund the overcharge, if the price is listed lower than the correct price we will contact you and give you the option to cancel all or part of your order (with relevant refund) or pay the difference.
Contract: No contract is formed until you receive our confirmation email stating that your order has been despatched. Our acceptance of payment and our email confirm receipt of your order does not constitute the forming of a contract.
Delivery: All delivery dates quoted are expected but not guaranteed dates, our maximum liability for late delivery will be the price you paid for delivery.
Specifications: We make every effort to ensure all information on this website is accurate, but we can make mistakes and as much of the information is supplied to us by our suppliers we cannot be held responsible for any errors. Images are intended to give a good representation of our products, items may differ slightly.
